Titanium tubes

Titanium tubes are pipes made of titanium materials, characterized by their light weight, high strength, and superior mechanical properties. They are widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as shell and tube heat exchangers, coil heat exchangers, serpentine tube heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and transport pipelines. Many nuclear power industries also use titanium tubes as the standard pipe for their units.

Titanium tubes adhere to two national standards according to different usage requirements and performance: GB/T3624-2010 and GB/T3625-2007. In addition, they comply with the American standards ASTM B338/ASME SB338, ASTM B861/ASME SB861, and DIN17861.

The outer diameter of titanium tubes ranges from 6.0 to 114mm, with a wall thickness of 0.3 to 8.0mm, and a length of up to 18000mm. The supplied grades include TA0, TA1, TA2, TA9, TA10, BT1-00, and BT1-0, among others. In terms of supply specifications, the diameter range is φ4 to 114mm, the wall thickness range is δ0.2 to 4.5mm, and the length can be within 15m.
